David is the options trader for the firm’s clients. His work focuses on creating leverage by combining principal appreciation and cash-generation strategies. He also invests in high-growth focused tech companies, including green energy and biotech. Before joining the firm in 2020, David was an attorney with 25 years of experience in all facets of policymaking, including working in the Senate, the executive branch, and for advocacy organizations. In addition to writing statutes and regulations, David has done extensive research, data analysis, and evidence-based policy advocacy, fundraising, and grant management. David also holds a physics degree from Stanford University and has research experience working for IBM’s Advanced Technologies Program and the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center.
